This oatmeal was my breakfast today (it’s our favorite); I will try to give you an idea of its nutritional value! I'm sure you'll be surprised! ;)
Ingredients:
200 gr soy milk
45 gr oat
15 gr chia
20 gr almond
1 dark chocolate square
1 banana
Nutritional information:
597 calories, 19 gr protein, all the daily requirements of omega 3, 37% RDA E vitamin, 85% RDA calcium and also 35% RDA iron!

In Portugal this meal will cost you about 1,15€.
Fantastic taste and nutrition for a low value, and is almost certain that you will not be hungry until lunch time!
